3D Print : Concept generation

3D Print. A marvelous thing that makes the imagination comes reality. From the last classes, we were doing collaboration job about 3D hollow vessel which is printable using FDM 3D printer. My partner was Kitt, and I think we did satisfactory job through all the process easily.

First thing that we had to do was making 6 concepts of hollow vessel, and these were mine and Kitt's.

We picked each three of our concepts which are the favorites, and these two were the things that we used in our collaboration.

I tried to mix these two things, and the first things comes up was actually the telephone box. Base is Kitt's hourglass, and the side objects were my telephones. However, we thought that there was easier and clear thing to work with 3D printer, and that was the 'Fancy Jar' which is combined with Kitt's hourglass and my jar.

It was very comfortable to work with Kitt, as he thankfully did very great job on a process of concept generation. I'm going to show what we made by this on the next post.
